They are located in a very convenient area, with playgrounds just outside and a grocery store less than a block away. Only a few blocks from the train station and pretty easy walking distance to a lot of Berlin's sights.
Located on a busy street, which isn't a problem during the winter, spring or fall, but in the summer when you have to leave the windows open to get air, it is hard to sleep with the noise from the street. Also with the extra long summer days, the curtains let most of the sunlight through so it is light in the apartment until 10:30 and then gets light again around 4 in the morning.
Everything was OK, enjoied our stay very much.
Were very dissapointed, that fee for cleaning the room was not shown in a basic price of our booking. We would pay the price anyway, but it looked like hidden cost.
Super equipment: large flat tv, chic VIP chairs. Wonderful city view. Easy check in / check out.
I was pretty much impressed by the city view.It was really picturesque. The location of the apartment is just in the downtown. So it was very easy to reach all the sightseeings of Berlin. The stuff was friendly and co-operative.The rooms were clean and tidy. The furniture makes me feel at home.Cosy atmosthere hepls to relax. The apartment met all my expectations.I had a great time there. It was awesome.
The apartment on Leipziger Strasse was basic but very clean and well equipped. Considering that the outside temperature was -10c the apartment was very warm at all times. Its location makes it an ideal location for sightseeing as it is halfway between Alexanderplatz and Potsdammer Platz. The fact that there was a very comfortable Irish Bar ( many thanks Eileen) was a very welcome coincidence......Almost forgot to mention the stunning views over Berlin's rooftops from both bedrooms in this apartment!
No valid complaints, however do not be put off by the rather dated lobby and elevators. Big lcd tv was great but could use a few english language channels.
Can't beat the location. Walking distance to tourist spots. Excelent for shoppint enthusiasts.
Living room holds just a single sofa. Was highly inconvinient as gathering place for our family of four. The room is big enough to accomodate additional seating.
The appartment is clean, and on a really good location. Also a very cheap parking place (5 euro's per day)
Very clean, bright and nice apartment, fully furnished. Nice and friendly staf. Good location in centre of Berlin.
Parking is very far from apartment.
The location of the apartment was excellent with the choice of three railway stations, Checkpoint Charlie and wall remnants within a 5 mins walk. The apartment was big for European standard, clean and well furnished.
Obtaining the keys to the apartment was a problem - you have to pick up the keys from the "office" by phoning when you are near the office to ensure someone meets you and when the paperwork is completed make your way to the apartment (approx 5 mins walk). This would not be a major problem except when you are pulling suitcases.
Very good location. Large apartment. Very clean. Good basic facilities and good water pressure in the shower ( often a problem ). We traveled with 3 teenagers and apartment gave space for us all. I would recommend this apartment.
We were on the 14th floor which was great for views. The windows opened easily and fully which may be a problem for families with small inquisitive children.
It is good, clean place to stay very close to the centre of town. The staff are professional and treated me well.
The office and the apt are not close.
Very well located, close to sight seeings. Metro Splitelmarkt is at about 200m of the building. The appartement is on the top floor, which is good to avoid street noise and allows an open view from the balcony. The appartement is full equiped with kitchen, cooker, coffee, water boiler, TV, desks, sofas, etc. It was clean and newly rebuilt.
2 small issues (kitchen tap and toilet flusher not well fixed) which were repaired quickly after a call to the company
No wifi for smartphone/tablet...
The apartment had a very good location to all the attractions in Berlin. The views out of the 14th floor apartment were great! It was a spacious apt with a balcony. Overall it was a nice stay.
If you are driving a car you will have to park at one location and walk about 5-10 mins to the apartments. For us it was a bit of a problem because we had lots of luggage and a baby. Just a warning. Also the apartment smelled a bit musty or maybe there had a been a cat there before.
